Dish Scapes on 199 is interesting

The water looks real! Just started watching this month’s dish scape so I haven’t seen all of the special cameos yet but the scenery is pleasant.

That was my first thought. That the water looks real.

I saw the turtle, the bottle with the message, and the rainbow. I don’t know if there is more because I keep falling asleep. The wave action with the sounds lull me to sleep.

I'm wondering if it isn't a combination of real video and CGI. The night time sky is certainly the usual CGI loop.

I wondered what that was. Wasn't there too long.

I enjoy that interplay of light and shadow on the water as sunset occurs. This is a wonderfully calming scape.

The only other thing I saw was the large bird that flies across from right to left. Compared to other months it seems a bit sparse (but great for napping ).

Maybe they'll be adding stuff a bit at a time over the course of the month to keep it 'fresh'.

Hah! I kept thinking I was noticing something out of the corner of my eye but couldn't pin it down. Well there is another bird. It starts at the bottom of the upper waterfall and flies from upper right to lower left across the middle of the center waterfall. I wonder what else is going on in the background that we don't notice.

Dish is sending this at a bitrate here of around 6,400kb/s. It does look nice!

The Santorini Greece September scene is peaceful. The sound track is about the same beach sound from last month (more birds though), but the church bells add a distinctive touch. Of course Bigfoot found a way to show up in Greece!

Can anyone read the Greek words on the gate?

I think it is interesting that there appears to be a bird in the cage. I also like the beat of the party the one house has.
