"Monitor Must be connected to Dish Network HD receiver to receive HD programming." Does this mean that if you cancelled with Dish after the year is up that it could only be used for SD programming with another provider?

Is the 921 still available with this deal ?
The origional HDTV in a Box deal had the option of paying extra and getting the 921 instead of the 811 - is that still an option and if so, how much extra ? I'd heard Dish had pull the 921 out of market, so maybe the 942 will be an option instead.

I've found out that the 40" Projection TV is an RCA D40W20.
