Dish recorded programs transfer

I switched to Directtv and need to capture the recorded programs off the dish 722 anyway possible. I also have 2 extHDs that were connected to dish dvr that are full and would like to retrieve those. The Directv genie of course wont read it. Ultimatly Blurays would be great.
Is there a relatively simple way to do this? Dish is going to charge me $12 a month if I keep the receiver.
