Dish Reception in Baja

Does anyone know what the reception is like for Dish in southern Baja?

And where exactly in Baja? Baja California Norte.....
Ensenada, Mexicali, San Felipe, Santa Rosalita, El Arco

I have a circular 1m dish with a Dish 500 feed/LNB. I don't remember the receiver type. It's a pretty simple one, no DVR.

What is your current suscription status? Have you got everything installed and connected already to see what signal strength you CAN get? Cabo sure is as far south as you can be and I wonder what the signal footprints are like and can bet IF there is signal coverage, you will at least need a much larger dish; IMHO.

I have a normal subscription with Dish. I tried it with the 1m dish at 110 and 119, neither seemed to work. I have been able to get DirecTV reception there, but Dish didn't deem to work.

I have a 2 Meter dish, single LNB, Dish 310 receiver, receive 119 great, would work but only at 40-50 pts with the 1m dish. Got the 2 Meter dish, and works great in Cabo!
