Dish Pro Plus hook ups

I have a dish 500 with a dish pro plus LNB that I want to use in my RV with a single tuner 311 receiver. There are three connections on the LNB. Which one do I hook the receiver to, to get 110 and 119?

The 2 coax connecters that are close together on the left side on the twin are for receivers. You can run up to 2 dual tuners with the lnb. They both will get 110 and 119. The single connection of the other side is for adding a wingdish or for a dish 1000 config.
