dish pro lnb and channel master 1.4

I bought a vip622 and it wants the dpp44 switch that wants the dish pro lnb to all run reliabley. anyway i get the lnb and it is bigger than my lnb holder (the round kind) the dish is the kind that has a left right and bottem tube that come to a point . i have to use this dish as i am in alaska and i cant seem to find a holder . anyone else have any suggestions thanks

If you take the cover off of the LNB it will have a smaller diameter feed horn underneath. Then you just need to add a spacer to get it to the right diameter for your lnb holder. You could make this spacer yourself out of Plastic, Rubber or even Wood. Or Chanelmaster/Andrews sells these spacers premade.

thanks for the info... what i ended up doing is using the old case that the lnb was in . I had to dut a little with a dremel and use some duct tape but all is working now.
