Dish PPV coupons

I have (had, actually ... it's misplaced at the moment) a free PPV coupon from Dish. It has an expiration date on it, but is this for when you need to use it by or submit it to Dish ?? It expires at the end of this month. Obviously I don't know the exact wording that it says...

I have tried for a PPV coupon in years, but I think the last one I got was six or seven years ago. At least that's what I noticed.
