Dish Planning HD for Dallas Locals

Here is a quote from Dallas Morning News:
"DirecTV Inc. said Thursday that it has begun carrying three Dallas-Fort Worth area television networks in high definition on its satellite television service.
Included are KXAS-TV (Channel 5), KTVT-TV (Channel 11) and KDFW-TV (Channel 4). DirecTV said it is also in negotiations with WFAA-TV (Channel 8). WFAA (ABC) is owned by Belo Corp., which also owns The Dallas Morning News.
Previously, DirecTV subscribers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area had to use a separate antenna to receive local network broadcasts in high definition.
DirecTV competitor Dish Network, owned by EchoStar Communications Corp., also has plans to offer local HD channels, spokesman Marc Lumpkin said."

In other news, Dish network is in negotiations with INHD, Universal HD, and all of the cable only Comcast Sports Nets. It's perfunctory business speak and nothing more.
