Dish Online and 211k

I recently activated a new 211k and assumed that it would have access to Dish Online the same as my 622, but I don't see any menu options to access online content. Does the 211k require an external hard drive to access Dish Online content or does it just not support it at all? If I don't have a hard drive attached, is there any point whatsoever to connecting the receiver to my network?

Edit: I think I meant to say "Dish On Demand"

211 is not included with dishonline. Adding an EHD will not add it either.
