So I have been using a Winegard Pathway X2 with a Vip 211Z receiver for a few seasons of tailgating. Wanted to install a regular dish at the house to use the same receiver on weekends when I’m not tailgating. I’m in Greenville SC, our local HDs are eastern arc (61.5). Little confused about which dish and lnb that I need. Also if I am running just one receiver do I need anything else, or can I simply run the coax directly from the lnb to the receiver? Thanks for any suggestions.

A Dish 1000.2 dish with an eastern arc LNB for 61.5 and 72.7 will get the job done. I see Solid Signal has a good price on a 1000.4 eastern arc combination though, that will actually work a little better since it also picks up the 77 sat that has a lot of SD duplicate channels that sometimes still work when 61.5 rain/storm fades. It still only needs a single coax to the receiver. The 1000.4 is also easier to aim than the 1000.2 and has a bit more robust mount and reflector.

DISH Network Eastern Arc Satellite Dish (DISH1000.4EA) from Solid Signal
