Dish Network taking forever

FYI, I was able to access the "programming section" just now!

Yep Me too and only 11 short days later.
Way to be on top of things Dish Network.

They wonder why they get so much crap from customers.

I would love to meet the guy in charge of all the web information. I know its not charlie ,I don't think he even knows whats going on half the time.
Anyone who seen a Charlie chat knows exactly what I'm talking about.


By the way still can't access my full account on the Dish Website.

Neither can I. It seems that BOTH sat tv companies are NOT customer oriented
