DENVER Colo. – September 11, 2007 – Altitude Sports & Entertainment (Altitude), the television home of the Colorado Avalanche and the Denver Nuggets, today announced that EchoStar Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: DISH) and its DISH Network® satellite TV service will televise 40 Avalanche and 40 Nuggets 2007-08 regular-season games in high definition television (HDTV), beginning with the Sunday, Oct. 7 contest against the San Jose Sharks.
