The following local TV channels will be available: ABC Ch. 16 (WVAW), CBS Ch. 19 (WCAV), NBC Ch. 29 (WVIR) and PBS Ch. 41 (WHTJ).
This is the first time local TV channels are available on satellite in the Charlottesville area, providing an alternative to local cable TV service.
