DISH Mexico and BELL in NYC

The wife and I have just moved to a house in Queens, she is Mexican and I am Canadian.

I'm new to the satellite game, we'd like to get DISH Mexico and BELL alongside basic cable - is this possible, and what size dish(es) would I need? Could I combine LNBs on the same dish?
