Dish Internet team comes through (again)

I have to say that without a doubt the DIRT team is the best customer service ever. The DIRT Team is the best.

DIRT folk are great! They are instant to fix stuff that CSR's say is impossible. Drop DVR Integration fee.... CSR: Only if you send back the Google TV. DIRT: PM, 3 minuted later PM received saying charge has been removed. No hassle. The way to go!
 
Thanks to MattG for getting me a good deal on an equipment upgrade. When I called in the order, they had the details from MattG on my account. I was a bit stunned when they asked if installation the next day was OK. I would have joked that I wanted it the same day, but didn't want to take a chance they'd hang up on me. :)
