Dish Installers and wiring help

I'm having my Dish network installed next week. There is a perch in front of my house that would probably be the easiest place to install the dish. However, I plan to install a FTA dish. Is it ok if I ask the installer to install the Dish Network Dish somewhere else. Also is it ok if I ask the installer to run some wiring for my FTA dish?

And *maybe* no. He probably won't run it for free. But depending on who it is, he may charge extra for it.
