I just talked to a CSR and she informed me that any and all leased equipment had to be installed by a technician due to warranty issues.
For those of you in the know is that true? Is there some secret question to ask to get it shipped directly?
Also while on the call I was informed that my install date had been pushed back(no surprise there) but I had not gotten any call regarding it and they had pushed it back to March 15th
claiming that they tried getting in contact with me but failed. The CSR told me to call back tomorrow and the CSRs at that time could contact the hub(executive office?) to see what was available in my area.
Are those that are getting the 622 shipped direct purchasing the unit outright or do you have strings that us mortals can only dream about Anyways, is there any other avenue that I can try?(you could always pm a phone number.... ) I understand that inventory is limited but to be pushed back another month when a lot of people are getting theirs pushed back only a week or two at most is a little frustrating.
Oh and good luck Scott getting yours tomorrow from UPS hopefully he doesn't take off with it like he did goaliebobs
