Dish Indoor OTA antenna un-requested.

Dish just sent me an indoor OTA antenna out of the blue. Has anyone else been sent one? I called and the phone rep took a long time finding where it sowed they sent it but had no explanation as to why they sent it. Their records showed I have an outside directional antenna. She said I could return it, but since it was free I told her I would keep it and maybe use for camper. It is odd because they didn't include an OTA adapter so it won't work with my H3 anyhow.
