Call 1-800-ECHOSTAR and ask to speak with someone in the Executive Offices,I did that after a CSR told me I did not qualify for an 811 upgrade due to the fact my 1 yr. contract was 4 months shy of being fulfilled.Not only did they give me the 811 upgrade,but they also have me 3 months free on the HD pack.Probably could have gotten the full 6 months,but the rep did me a favor so I did`nt complain.
