I agree. Dish is the #2 provider with the most subscribers in the country that would be a huge loss of audience to amc.

+2. Great intent, great execution,
...While obviously not everyone watches these shows, they are the relatively rare breed that is not only quite popular but also critically acclaimed...
Garlic pepper?
Showtime probably isn't thrilled that Starz is available too, so I'm sure it doesn't really matter. But if Dish shows them the money, they'll work with them. Now I doubt that Dish will replace Sundance if it does get pulled, but you never know. As far as the other three AMC channels, Dish will probably move three channels from AT250 down to the AT200 package to replace them. I don't see Dish picking up any new channels since I'm sure they're counting on the drop in viewership adversely affecting AMC ad revenue. Thus bringing AMC back at what Dish is offering.I noticed this after watching Super 8 on Epix:On Channel 389, Sundance: "This channel is no longer available. We hope you continue to enjoy other great movie entertainment DISH offers as part of Blockbuster@Home like MGM, HDNet Movies, Movieplex, Epix 1 & Epix 2."Where is that quality replacement for Sundance Channel?!What is odd is that regular program titles are in the guide at 3:15 A.M. Never mind, I updated the guide data, and it says Off Air throughout the guide.AMC, We TV, and IFC are still on.I still think Flix would be a good alternative to Sundance Channel if Dish could make it happen. However, if I had to guess, Showtime is not exactly thrilled that Dish offers Epix.

True. If I didn't read about it here this morning, I probably wouldn't have noticed it was gone.
