We have Dish's America's Top 120 package. Lately, in the middle of a program to which we are subscribed (e.g., an HGTV program) we will get a screen telling us we are watching a channel to which we are not subscribed. We then get an offer to upgrade and a Customer Support download. Does anyone know what the problem is.
We've had Dish for just over a month, and it seems like the service keeps getting worse. There's at least one new problem each week.
