DISH Dispatch company in New Jersey? Please help!

I thought it was American Satellite out of Jackson, NJ that did service calls but the phone number I have is no longer working. One of my receivers is not working properly. I called DISH for a service app. and they can't come out till Saturday. It is Thursday morning and that is a crazy amount of time to have to wait. To make matters worse...The service guy came to my house yesterday morning (same problem I am having), I had to leave so I had a family member stay at my home to let him in. He said it was a loose wire and left but didnt leave any paperwork or phone numbers...I am SO frustrated! If anyone knows the local dispatch for DISH in my area PLEASE let me know, thank you!
