Dish charges question

I have the top 120 with two dvr receivers here is my bill below

top 120 paid by the year

dish network dvr service fee $4.98
add'l receiver access fee $4.99
Local $5.99
Dish player personal TV $9.99


My question is with the personal player TV charge as some of my friends have the same service but do not have this charge. Am I getting ripped off or is this a correct charge

I just got the lease deal for the 942 to be delivered this week & installed on the Nov. 17th.

Personal TV: you have a 7x00 receiver? With enough luck getting the right CSR when you call, you can get this waived indefinitely.

Yep, it's inconsistent. The service elements of Personal TV no longer exist but for many the fee remains.
