Dish Anywhere Transfers

I installed DA on new Smartphone, When I log on DA picks up my Hopper 2000 with no option to select my HWS.
Anyone else with this problem? I had Dirt Tommy working on this, he pushed it up to higher tech and I have not heard back any info.

You should be able to see both Hoppers in More > Settings > Live TV and DVR > Receivers. Does the HWS show in here? What type of phone is this?

LG Power L22c. The HWS does not show up, I'll log in and try your suggestion.

Wow! Did what you said and it showed Den HWS with green dot, looks like it is up and running now, will try to play something and transfer a DVR event to transfers.

Seems to work, except for the small size of the picture, will have to learn how to expand it, although I have read on some forums that this is a large problem, might not be fixable in Android Lollipop 5.0.1.

Everything is working now, including full screen. When you go to landscape view it starts out small image, then in a short time fils the screen.
