Dish Anywhere Setup

How do you get dish anywhere set up on my iphone? It does not show the receiver in setup menu so I can't choose it. This is the same for dishanywhere.com, I only see a few channels and all others are locked. I have a Hopper 3. The internet setting on the hopper says I am online

You have to sign in with your Dish login.

I did sign in, when I go to setup and hit receiver, it does not show any, and most channels are locked. Also when I go to dishanywhere.com with my computer it says my receiver is off line it is not

Try this, unplug your Hopper 3 for a minute or so then plug it back in. Try DA again. If that doesn't work, with your your Hopper remote, Press Home 3 times, Drop down to Network or press 2, then go over to Reset Network or press 5. Let the rest go through its process. Try DA again. If that doesn't work it is time to call DISH and see what they can do to add your Hopper 3.

If you're a new customer or just had your receiver replaced it can take a few days to show everything properly.

But I'd definitely try what Bobby said and then go from there.

Not sure if this is related but couldn't one also goto mydish.com and then under My Account, My Account, My Equipment also click on Wake Up Receivers which might fix the problem because doesn't that send a signal to the Hopper 3?

That is usually the way to wake up a receiver that isn't working properly like not getting the channels you subscribe to. If the OP is getting all the channels he/she subs to on the Hopper that probably won't do anything. But it can't hurt to try!

I remember you and others mentioned it before and sometimes that signal might do wonders.
