Dish Anywhere Setup

How do you get dish anywhere set up on my iphone? It does not show the receiver in setup menu so I can't choose it. This is the same for dishanywhere.com, I only see a few channels and all others are locked. I have a Hopper 3. The internet setting on the hopper says I am online

You have to sign in with your Dish login.
