Dish anywhere - receiver connection lost, please try again later

I want to add that I just try this again with my phone at my moms house. Her PC connects to dish anywhere and works.

Not connected to my VPN, I was unable to connect with my app and it would not except my username and password. I do not recall exactly what it said but it was acting like it wasn’t connecting to the login service.

I then logged in to my VPN and re-opened the dish app and it logged in without asking me a username or password and I was able to watch.

BradleyD, I just downloaded an iOs app update for Dish Anywhere to my iPad. I turned of my wifi, used the built-in LTE signal, and was able to start watching 3 different recordings on my DVR without getting any errors. Maybe the app update fixed my problem??? Cautiously optimistic.

Please let me know how your application works after it’s updated.
 
I had not had an iOS DishAnywhere app update for sometime. I was running 7.21.7 and checked app updates. No DA update.

I used the app search and it said Update so I did. It went to 7.23.1. Using LTE, I was able to connect using the DA app.
