I am unable to access on-demand content on my phone, HTC Vivid.
I do have the option, I can brows trough it but if I select something, just before it start to play it says:
"Only 5 devices can be authorized to play On Demand content. Please visit http://www.dishanywhere.com click
My Account, and then click Authorized Computers to edit this list."
Went there and the only device authorized is my phone and my PC, even though it says it's authorized every time I try It says the same. On My PC i can play the content alright.
Contacted support but they where no help, I already try uninstalling the app, removing cache, logging off, and restarting the phone.
I know compatibility issues is something you have to deal every days with apps...
