My Dish Anywhere app has developed a few bugs with the last update. Never had to use the feedback section of the app before. Sent in a brief description of my issue thinking it would be a day or two to get a response. With in an hour had a response from one of their team members named Mike. Provided him with more requested info, then was handed off to another fella named Jason. After a few more emails back and forth, my issue was validated, and is being sent up the chain. Just wanted to share this with the forum and give a shout out to the Dish Social Media Team!!!!!
