Dish 311 reciever remote code question

I have a Dish 311 that I am trying to find the code so that I can use the 311 remote with a Vizio L13 TV. (the one that Costco sells) I have tried the scan for code process but am not seeming to have any luck.

Am hoping to find someone on one of the forums that has this set up and can help me out.

The code isn't in the Dish lists, but Vizio actual has it in their instruction manuals, iirc it was 657, but check the Vizio manual under 'controlling my TV with other remotes'

If the 311 remote wasn't preloaded with the code for your TV you can code search till your blue in the face. Try the suggested 657 if it dosen't work you probably need a newer remote or a universal.
