dish 311 receiver and prepaid service

i recently purchased a 311 receiver, and want to start prepaid. i'm supposed to register the receiver. what do i do? who do i call? the dish now/ya service won't work until i register it.

FlexTV

Will never be as good as we had with DISH Now Prepay. It only worked with a special version of the 201 (not that great). But FlexTV will use any receiver including HD. No credit check, no commitment. But only full months of service no by the day with the Green Dot Money Pack. If you want regular service, it may be a good option.

The best I have heard is that those of us who have it now, and those who can find a Prepaid receiver and have it activated before August 1st will be able to use the GDMP for a while longer. Nobody seems to know HOW much longer.
