I have a dish 500 pointing at 148. I want to move it at 118.75. I can't find an info about angle/elevation for 118.75 vs zipcode.

It won't work. Doesn't matter if you have it pointed smack at 118.7. It requires an FSS LNBF to see 118.7. The LNBFs on normal Dish Network dishes are DBS. High power circular. You need to get a 500+ dish to see 118.7

OK.

I have a dishnetwork guy coming to install something to fix my international channels. I currently have dish 500 (110/119) and dish 500 (148)

Most likely he will replace disk to include 110/119/118

I have four receivers working fine today. 508/510/510/921
I think one of the tech support guy was telling me that you will automatically get some upgrade of the receivers. I am very happy with my receivers and don't want to change it.

Do I have to change the receiver for this new 500+ dish (110/119/118). I don't understand why?

No, those receivers should view 118.7 just fine. If you had a model 2000, for example, you would need a replacement.
