Dish 1000 setup

Ive installed Dish 500s and Dish 300s before for 110/119 and 61.5 but my work is having issues with our dish 1k that's up on the roof.

We are only seeing 119 and 129 according to the system info on the 311 receiver.

I looked online for pointing info for D1k but dish's site kept pointing me to info on how to setup a D500 or D300.

Is there a PDF there that explains the hookup of a d1000 for 110 119 and 129.

Thanks for the link I sent it to my work addy to print off for when I troubleshoot.

What I was seeing in the System info screen on the 311 was:

129 119 CON (or something simular)
x x x

I am wondering if the "twin" eye is picking up 129/119 and the dish is off alightment to pick up 110?

Ill find it soon enough

Yes, it looks like your 119 LNB is picking up 129 and your 110 LNB is picking up 119. This is generally indicative of a dish with the elevation set too low (or a non-plumb mast causing the dish to aim lower than it's settings). The amount you will have to increase the elevation will vary from location to location, so maybe someone near you can give you an idea of how much of an elevation boost you need to give your dish.
