The slide is playing the offline slate music.
NewsNation 307 has a different slate with no music.
28-9 INFO is playing a looping video on the dispute similar to what Dish does with their disputes.

The odd thing is a storm came by my area and knocked the signal out and I had to watch my NBC Nexstar station through DIRECTV via internet and I'm still able to watch it until I switch to a different channel with the channel no longer being able to be watched

Here's the NewsNation takedown from stream, shortly after 7:04pm ET:

The local channels were redirected to another stream labeled "dispute1" for the pull down notice, while the feeds themselves took a lot longer to go down:

28 and 28-9 are now showing the same slate.
28 has been remapped to a national transponder to show the slate.
This means the HD and SD versions of 28 now show up in my guide, as the SD is remapped to a 101 transponder from a 119 one.
I SHEF pulled both channels and versions of them:
28 HD - NET 10, TID 135, PID 1060
28-9 HD - NET 10, TID 135, PID 1060
28 SD - NET 0, TID 29, PID 000A
28-9 SD - NET 0, TID 29, PID 000A

I have tolerated the loss of my Mission Broadcasting FOX station, and will tolerate the loss of my local ABC station. I just don't want DirecTV to cave in to this illegal collusion by Nexstar and it's supposedly independent subsidiaries. We don't watch that much TV in the summer anyway.
If I were still in Myrtle Beach, I would have lost their local CBS station, WBTW/13 as well as their MyNet/Antenna TV subchannel that's carried on channel 14.

307 NewsNation HD is pointing to Net 10, TID 132, PID 1010
307 NewsNation SD is pointing to Net 0, TID 12, PID 0082
Feel free to clarify if these were the same transponder slots it had before it was pulled or if they are spare space/Cinema feed transponders

SD is pointing to what was CINE 176, HD is pointing to one of the spots that have been used for other slates.

Do you have the takedown of WNCN? They're the CBS station I had to watch via the Spectrum cable system at the hotel I stayed at overnight in Wilson, NC on June 10th before continuing the route to Myrtle Beach the next day. (and I did look at the full Spectrum lineup for the area and it also had the CBS station in Tom's other home market, WNCT, but that wasn't carried)

They could have temporarily provided Wilson County customers with WNCT, but that is sadly also owned by Nexstar (they seem to own something anywhere nowadays!)

When I try to stream WBRE through the NBC app with my DirecTV login, I just get a blank dialog box with an Ok button.
