ok, today I hooked back up with DirectvHD, I know many of you are saying why now when August 1st there will be a possible roll out of new product. Well I had Directv before, swtiched to comcast about sixmonths ago (they got me on the no buying of equipment)and needless to say had my fill of the "Comcast experience" anyways, Plus I am a Big NFL guy. I live in southeastern michigan (Detroit locals) do I get a OTA, or bear without local HD until this new roll out happens, I asked the Tech about future stuff and all he really said was that stuff was coming down in the next few weeks, but did not get into specifics..

Any Advice would help, and I am glad I found this sight......Very informative...

top 12 markets will get locals in HD first, whenever that will be. others will be rolled out later on a schedule that is unknown and most likely dependent on how well the first phase goes.

looks like you're gonna be OTAing it this season.
