The issue is that the Directv CSR didn't authorize the C61. She was nice enough to remove the other one but for some reason didn't think that she needed to do anything with the other. Right at midnight the box went offline saying that I only had 2 clients active on the account and I needed to delete it from the Genie. Called in and had to have a CSR actually add it to my account this time like she should have done the first time. After it was added back, I am now able to see the 4K logo in the menu for the programming. Downloaded a couple of the 2min test programs to see what the PQ is like with them.
