C61k stopped

Yesterday everything was fine. Today it stopped outputting to TV. After lost of messing around and switching things, its working again. Had this setup 9 years, never once this happened?
Should I of just reset box? Reset the whole system? I was getting ready to call Direct.

try unplugging the boxes ( the entire system ) for 30 seconds and see if that helps. if that don't help then he will need to call for a tech visit. do they have the protection plan. if not they will add it on for no charge for the first 30 days. he can remove it before they start charging him for it!!!
