Direct Interactive not loading

I guess that is what they call it. The thing that comes up when you hit "Active" on the remote. It is not loading on my HR20-700 or any of my 3 D 12-100's. Everything else works fine.
Anyone else having this problem? Maybe them getting ready for more HD? :
