Diplexer Problem

I just hooked up a Terk BMS-58 Multiswitch. Everything with the sat feed is OK except when I get to the Sony HD200 box and use the Terk diplexer to hook the UHF antenna to receive HD channels. When I hook both cables to the diplexer, I get nothing. If I take one off, the other one works. I used the DC filter and can get the sat and UHF to both coexist on the diplexer but almost all of the HD channels that I can get without the diplexer and when I disconnect the sat wire are gone.

Has anyone ran into and solved this problem before?

On the Diplexer there are two paths, one has a solid line from input to output this is the side that goes to the Sat In the other goes to the Atenna In. Be sure you have a Di Plexer and not a standard splitter. There are some Satellite Slitters that will work again the solid line from in to out is the DC Path for the Satellite.
