Can you send a cable TV signal and TV2 signal down the same line using diplexers? Or are they in the same frequency range. Thank you.

Analog cable is in the same band as the TV2 output. Diplexers would not be the answer here.

Maybe if you tell us the real question (the objective), we could come up with a real answer (a solution). ;)

one cable solution

Sorry, I thought it was implied. I have one cable going to a recessed nook. It has only one cable. This happens to be where TV2 is located. I have basic cable for a certain station(no box required). Is there a way to get the TV2 signal and the cable signal using a one cable solution. Thank you.

OK - that's better. :)

It can be done - how easy depends on which cable channel is needed. Hopefully, it's VHF (2-13) channel. Then, because the TV2 output is UHF, all you need is a VHF/UHF splitter/combiner (effectively a form of diplexer, although I've never seen it termed as such).

If the cable channel is in the UHF band, then it's going to depend on what else is there.
