Difference between remote part#s

Just curious what the difference is between the hopper 40.0 remotes if any. I've seen them with part#s 186214, 186217 and 186228. Any meaning to these numbers?

If you google the numbers, two seem to be designated for Bell ExpressVu (Canada).

Not sure about that my hws came with 186228 and super joey came with 186217.

Looks like you nailed it once again, I ne made in Mexico and the other made in China.
