Did you get a monopole with A9?

Did everyone get a monopole with their new dish. The installer would not install the monopoles when he put the new dish on my chimnee.

Roof mount and no he didn't.

Yep, read that it was required to help keep the new larger dish stable. Maybe it was just a precaution?

I have my AT9 dish on side of my house, without monopole.
