Did they just take another channel away?

We used to have NFL Network on this tier, I think we have Top 100, it went away about a year ago. Now, DIY network is gone. When did they do this? I am tired of them randomly moving programming to higher tiers.

We are moving next month and I guess we will get Uverse now.

I thought DIY was always in the higher tier?
I know last month it was one of the freebie channels for the month, along with GSN. This month it is Fine Living and Hallmark I believe.

And why does DIY show in my subbed channels, but when I select it, 'not authorized'?

And how come don't I have Fine Living or Hallmark?

Like Jared indicated, DIY has always been in the Top 250. You (we) just lost the free preview. There was nothing "random" about it.
