Boy you aren't kidding.....Driving through Detroit and Hamtramck hustling up some work tonight and the blight is NO JOKE. bad enough 75% of the houses are burnt/boarded up/gone, it is all the businesses that are gone. there can't be sh*t for tax revenue. half the residents don't pay taxes and there is dick for business, except for downtown......

30-50 years from now it will be GREAT again, but not in my lifetime....what a shame.....2 million plus residents in the 50's and now less than 600,000....
