Anyone who has these channels been having problem with the channel 4 (NBC) HD Feed?

Picture and Sound garbled at times throughout HD content such as local news and Law & Order.


I am asking to see if its a problem universal or it could just be mine? I wanna know before I waste a hour of my life sitting on hold to dish to get service. Thanks
