debit card payments?

Has anyone had any problems with voom and your debit cards taking payments out of your acct. at random or not on the days they specify or double charges. The reason I am asking is my wife takes care of the money and she is telling me if they do any of the above she is going to call and cancel.

Voom should send you a hard copy via mail before the transaction on your card takes place. Also you can go to their website and see your account information. Usually its ten days after the install Voom will charge your account and whatever day that falls on it will remain the same for the following month.

I have switched from my credit card to my bank debt card. Hope this helps.

I use my Debit card and they have messed up twice. You should take Jimmykce1 advice and look on the website and see when they will charge you. That is what I do.
