Dallas area HD locals on 211/Dish 1000

I just had my service upgraded on Saturday from an 811 to a 211 and a Dish 500 to 1000. The installer told me the Dallas area was supposed to get HD locals on Feb. 1st but that has not happened yet and he wasn't sure of an ETA. Does anyone know when this is going to happen? Also, once it's done will the HD locals be in the 8400 range or the low end numbers? Thanks for your help, you folks are a HUGE asset to the novices like myself.

Wow, this is the first I've heard of it. I called and complained because as far as Texas goes, Houston was the only city to get HD Superbowl for one day, and the HD Locals werent set to be rolled out anywhere in the state for this whole year.
