D* vs E*

Not necessarily true. I'm a hockey fan and Dish gives you both home and away feeds of Center Ice games while DirecTV only gives one.
Example- Last night San Jose played at Calgary. DirecTV showed only the Rogers feed from Calgary and blacked out 654 FSNBA. Dish gave both. As a SJ fan I prefer to listen to our own feed rather than one from another market.

So for Hockey Dish is slightly better, but hockey fans are a minority in the US.

There really isn't that much of a difference. If you are a sports fan like me choose Directv. If you want more HD right now choose Dish. The battle should not be between D* and E*, but satellie vs cable. Nice site.
