they charged me a late fee and I called customer retention and had them take it off. I don't know if they would normally do that but they had a record of me calling earlier in the month telling them that I needed a bill.

When they first started the paperless bill thing, I went to the web site and UN-checked it. But, it looks as though when thay redid the web site tha option was rechecked AND the option to uncheck it was taken off the web site. After two months with no bill, either paper or not, I called and had them reset it.Jimbos said:I think that the paperless bill was the default for the site, meaning IF you did not go in and UNcheck it , you would be going paperless unless you called in to tell them otherwise.
