Yes to clear up all questions to my statements, if there is a clear line of sight from an apartment/townhouse roof or wall of the house, then i will charge for a pole. because there is a technical line of sight. the land lord is requesting the dish to be placed elsewhere, he/she may not allow it anywhere else, but thats not my problem, poles are a pain in the ass most cases, and time consuming, if i was provided with all the materials by my hsp it would prolly be different though. if theres no line of sight from the deck then i would charge for the pole, if there is a line of sight from the deck, id mount it to the deck. and you are never responsible for service calls within 90 days, and if the dish is gonna have a problem anywhere its going to... the installer will know what to do.
